FLOWTECH WATER TECHNOLOGY _ rectification of outfall pipeline

Desalination plant is the main requirement of hotels and resorts located near shoreline. Beach marine and ports services LLC being a marine specialist provides the onshore and offshore pipeline solutions for desalination plants. One of our esteemed 5 star hotel clients faced a problem in their existing outfall pipeline of the desalination which is located in the northern coastline of United Arab Emirates. The existing pipeline was chocked completely and discharge of rejected water was stopped. BMPS was invited by the client. Beach Marine and Ports services LLC visited the site and found out that the existing line cannot be cleared. So BMPS recommended the client to install the new pipeline for the offshore section. The recommendation was accepted and job was awarded to Beach Marine and Ports services LLC.

The main scope of works involved in the project

• – Supply, Welding and Installation of HDPE pipes.
• – Pressure testing of HDPE pipeline.
• – Supply and Installation of concrete blasts.
• – Supply and Installation of outfall block.
• – Supply and Installation of outfall screen including assembly.

The job was completed in record time with the compliance of the client’s requirements.
